My Thoughts on Free Rolls in Monopoly Go
In my opinion, the number of free rolls a player receives should be based on their individual gameplay activity. For example, upgrading a property costs tens of millions, and while 25 free dice might help new players, for those at higher levels, it’s practically useless.
I’m not ungrateful, but at my level, 25 free dice feel like nothing. The game already adjusts dollar amounts based on player levels, so why not do the same for free dice? Scopely should also reconsider the amount of free dice and cash given in the “Offers” section every few days. For example, today many players received 10 free rolls—which is gone in one roll!
I remember when I first started playing, 10 free dice actually helped. But now? Not even close!

A Final Thought – Why I’m Deleting My Account
Tonight, I’ve decided to delete my account for personal reasons. I’ve made another irresponsible purchase, and I don’t want to keep spending money on this game. Yes, Monopoly Go is a form of gambling, and yes, it’s designed to make you spend more. Even after spending a lot, it doesn’t guarantee new stickers or enhance the experience.
I don’t blame Scopely for this—I’m an adult, and I can choose to stop playing. However, deleting my account has been a nightmare. They require name, email, screenshots, and a lengthy process that makes it extremely difficult to simply close an account.
And Scopely, this is against the law—at least in Europe. Companies are required to make account deletion easy and accessible. Otherwise, it’s just abusive and a violation of consumer protection laws.
